If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
After arrival at Vienna airport, your included private transfer will take you to your hotel for check-in.
As soon as you leave baggage claim and enter the arrivals hall TURN RIGHT.
Your driver will be waiting there with a board with your name near the information desk. The driver will wait at the airport max. 1 hour. If the flight has a delay please contact EUROTOURS immediately after arrival.
The driver will be waiting for you, holding a sheet with the Lead Passenger’s name.
Tour package and all vouchers will be delivered to your Vienna hotel free of charge; it contains information on departure points and times for all included tours and attractions.
